Architectural Interactive Scale Model
The Putney tower is a property development concept located in London. TALLBOX collaborate with architectural studio L+ to conceptualize the potential development of a new residential tower. The project is a large-scale refurbishment of an old council building featuring.
To satisfy the project’s needs, we suggested creating an interactive 3D scale model of the new development with options for the viewer to rotate and explore from all possible angles of the building.
One of the significant advantages of digital scale models is the flexibility to implement changes to the model as the concept develops rapidly. In addition, at later stages, the interactive scale model can be used for marketing purposes, presenting additional data about the property and its amenities.

Architectural Scale 3D Model - CGIs
In addition to the interactive scale model and CGIs, we’ve created short and engaging animation. The property development concept was completed by an informational brochure with 2D plans alongside 3D diagrams and CGIs.
